DOQHD.EXE contains the following programs.
READ_HD.EXE - This program is used to read the
contents of an old style USGS DOQ header file
and display those contents.
WRITE_HD.EXE - This program is used to read the
contents of an old style USGS DOQ header file
and write an ArcView - Arc/Info style header for
a .bil type image file.
The header will be in this format:
nrows ####
ncols ####
ulxmap ######.########
ulymap #######.#######
